Steve Alperin, CPA
Steve has 30 years of public accounting experience working with businesses and individuals on tax and financial issues. Steve graduated from Franklin & Marshall College and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA).
In addition to managing the firm, he is responsible for the firm's enrollment in the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board and previously served as a FINRA arbitrator. He is a former President of the Caldwell West Caldwell Soccer Club and initial treasurer of the Caldwell West Caldwell Education Foundation.

Vince Nebbia, CPA
Vince has been partner since the firm's inception in 1999. With over 25 years of experience, Vince's client responsibilities include servicing the planning and compliance needs of both tax and audit clients. Although these clients cover a broad industry range, some interesting specialized areas include:
· Multi-State Taxation · Consolidated Tax Filings · Audits of Broker Dealers
· Audits of Investment (Hedge) Funds · Estates and Trusts · Foreign Tax Issues
The majority of Vince's time, however, is focused on closely held businesses and building strong relationships with business owners. These relationships enable Vince to act more as a business consultant rather than just an accountant.
Vince earned an undergraduate accounting degree from Montclair State College and a Master of Taxation degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA). He has served as a committee member on a number of NSJCPA Committees.

Jeff Seligmuller, CPA
Jeff is a partner with over 18 years of experience in public accounting providing a wide range of accounting, audit and tax services to business owners and individuals. Jeff graduated from Montclair State University with a degree in Accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA).

Roger Hitchuk,CPA
Roger is a partner of the firm who graduated from the School of Management at Rutgers College of Arts and Sciences in 1996. His experience focuses on individual and entity taxation, with a special interest in fiduciary and estate issues. Roger is a member of the New Jersey Society of CPAs and services as trustee for several local nonprofits and charitable foundations.

Leisa-Marie Quiles
Leisa-Marie has been employed at Alperin, Nebbia and Associates since its inception in 2001. In 2009, She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Montclair State University. Her specialties include office administration and individual tax returns.

Susan J. Fiore, CPA
Sue has worked in both public and private accounting since graduating from Rutgers University. She began working at Alperin, Nebbia and Associates in 2004. Her experience is in individual and entity taxation, auditing and nonprofit accounting. She is a member of the New Jersey Society of CPAs.
She is also on the board of a local charitable organization.

Dawn Driggs,CPA
Dawn earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Delaware Certified Public Accountant. She joined our practice in 2005. Prior to that Dawn worked in both the public and private sector. Her experience is in both individual and corporate tax returns, financial statements and nonprofit accounting. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (ASCPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certifed Public Accountants (NJCPA).

Julie Brandl
Julie has worked in public and private accounting after graduating from business school. She worked for Michael A. Brandl, CPA, PC since 2003. She has a strong background in accounting and administrative duties.

Denise Collette
Denise joined the practice in 2009 and had ten years prior experience at Hess Oil Corporation. Her experience is in corporate and individual tax returns, financial statements and audits. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Rutgers University School of Business and a Master’s degree in Finance from St. John’s University.

Ann Phillips
Ann joined Alperin, Nebbia and Associates in 2011. Her prior employment was with Coronato & Speier, LLC an accounting firm in Parsippany. She has experience in QuickBooks write up, processing tax returns and administrative duties.

JANE SHELDON
Jane earned a Master’s of Science Degree in Economics from Saint-Petersburg State University in Russia. She joined the practice in 2019 and has five years prior experience in public accounting. She specializes in financial statements, audits, individual and corporate tax returns.

Frank Vassallo
